- IN EUROPE: You receive your order in 2/7 working days.
- USA: You receive your order in 5/8 working days.
- AUSTRALIA: You receive your order in 10/12 working days.
Return & Exchange Policy
For the exchange and return of the wrong item you do not have to worry, we will send our courier to collect the goods.
Shipping is our responsibility.
You have to ship the item back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
It's important to pack the item securely. If necessary you can also use additional packaging material.
If you want to deal with it autonomously, you can return your parcel using any postal service. It is highly recommended that you obtain a proof of postage receipt.
We're not able to offer always an exchange on returned items (for size availability). All returned items in new and unworn conditions will be refunded once they've been received by our warehouse. You'll be refunded the amount of the item, minus the return costs equal to $ 7,99
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
