When will my order ship?

We typically process and ship orders within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Can I return or exchange an item?

You have 18 days from the order date to request a return. Please note that items must be unused and in their original packaging, with all tags attached. If you wish to make an exchange, please return the item and place a new order.

What if the item or size I want is sold out?

Our most popular styles sell out quickly! If an item or size is out of stock, you can sign up for restock alerts on the product page by clicking the 'Notify me when available' button.

How do I take care of my denim?

Wash your jeans inside out in cold water. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Dry away from direct sinlight. Avoid frequent washes to keep the fit and color looking fresh.

I didn’t receive a confirmation email. What do I do?

Double-check your spam folder. If it’s not there, contact us at help@icondenimlosangeles.com and we’ll sort it out.

I purchased more than one item in a single order. Will the shipping cost more in this case?

No, the delivery charge is fixed regardless of the number of items in your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. However, a few destinations may have restrictions due to local policies. You can check if we ship to your location at checkout.
