Refund policy

You may request a return for a refund within 18 days from the order date.

All returned merchandise must be new, unworn, and unwashed, and must be returned in its original condition with all tags and security labels (tamper-evident labels) still attached. Items without original tags or security labels will not be accepted. Please ensure products are returned with their original packaging.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only.

Please note that return shipping costs of €7.99 will be deducted from your refund, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect the returned items at our warehouse, we will notify you when your refund has been processed. This may take up to 10 business days from the date the items are physically received at our warehouse.
Refunds may take an additional 5-9 business days to appear on your bank statement depending on your financial institution.

All returns are subject to inspection and acceptance by us. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
If a returned item is found to be non-compliant with our return policy, no refund will be issued. Should you wish to have the item sent back to you, the responsibility and cost of reshipping the product will be borne by you.
