Shipping policy

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: due to the summer holiday period and a high number of orders, deliveries may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and continued support.

Please ensure that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect shipping information, absence at the delivery address, or failure to collect the package from a local pickup point when required by the carrier.


If an order is returned to us by the carrier due to unsuccessful delivery caused by the recipient (e.g., incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or failure to collect the package), the customer will be eligible for a partial refund only. In such cases, the original shipping fee and any return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
